Welcome to Warm Rose Flower Studio. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Products & Availability
All flowers, bouquets, arrangements, and gift items are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. As flowers are natural products, colours, bloom sizes, and varieties may vary from those shown in product photos. Warm Rose may substitute flowers or gift items with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
3. Orders
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient, delivery, and contact information.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order in a safe location, with a concierge, neighbour, receptionist, or household member when appropriate. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
5. Same-Day & Holiday Deliveries
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time and is subject to availability.
During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other major holidays, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
6. Cancellations
Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a refund.
Same-day orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has begun.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the order number.
Where appropriate, Warm Rose may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Minor variations in flowers, colours, or design.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Personal preference after successful delivery.
8. Flower Care
Flowers require proper care to maximize freshness. Warm Rose is not responsible for reduced flower lifespan resulting from improper care after delivery.
9. Gift Products & Allergies
Gift items, chocolates, candles, tea, and other products may vary slightly from photographs due to supplier availability.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and allergen information. Warm Rose is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities related to flowers, food products, fragrances, or gift items.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, floral designs, logos, graphics, branding, and website content are the property of Warm Rose Flower Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warm Rose Flower Studio’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
12. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, customer service, and legal compliance. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
